This condition restricts the tongue's range of motion which leads to your body compensating and causing you to suffer from certain disorders.
Why is snoring bad?
You aren't getting good sleep or enough oxygen! Sleep allows your body and mind to rest, repair and rejuenate, influencing everything from immunity and mood to memory and learning. Snoring is a sign that your body is being deprived of oxygen and can lead to sleep apnea. Lack of oxygen can lead to a greater risk of high blood pressure, stroke, heart disease, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, headaches, difficulty concentrating, daytime sleepiness and poor mental health. Snoring is not only disrupting other people's sleep but is also extremely bad for your health and wellness.
