Complimentary 30 Minute Meet and Greet

This 30 minute session opens up opportunities to ask questions and get to know your therapist. This is a great prerequisite for the comprehensive exam if you feel unsure if therapy is the best option for you. This session can be done over a Telehealth call or in-person.

Comprehensive Evaluation

A comprehensive evaluation is a 90 minute appointment that allows me to evaluate muscle function of the mouth, tongue, face and neck. We will go over your medical and dental history, take photos and videos, and address any concerns you might have. Based on my findings, I will create an individualized treatment plan to meet both of our goals. This session is recommended to be done in-person, and you should plan for an expense of $250 which will be collected at time of service. At this time, you will recieve a quote for your Comprehensive Treatment Plan.

Comprehensive Treatment Plan

A comprehensive treatment plan is an individualized plan designed to help you achieve the four goals of myofunctional therapy: nasal breathing, proper tongue posture, proper swallowing pattern, and lip seal. Every individual's needs are different, but should expect 30 minute sessions every two weeks for 6-9 months. You will be expected to do therapy exercises for several minutes each day during treatment in order to achieve the best results. Therapy sessions can be done over video Telehealth or in-person.
